?This device is used to remove water vapor from natural gas and is widely used for dehydration before natural gas pipeline transmission in oil and gas fields. The technology is mature and reliable. Working principle: the feed gas enters the TEG absorption tower of the dehydration unit and contacts with the TEG solution entering from the upper part of the tower countercurrent in the tower to remove most of the water in the feed gas. TEG rich liquid is discharged from the bottom of the absorption tower and enters the regeneration system. After regeneration, it is pressurized and enters the absorption tower, thus completing the absorption and regeneration cycle of TEG.

? The loss of triethylene glycol is controlled within 25mg/nm3 natural gas.
? The dew point of dry gas can be flexibly controlled according to seasonal changes, and the lowest dew point can reach -40 ℃.
? The operating flexibility of the device reaches 50% - 120%.
? Supporting systems can be selected according to the situation: feed gas filtration system, solution storage system, instrument air system, tail gas burning system.
? The proprietary technology of acid gas dehydration provides a complete set of solutions for tail gas treatment, equipment corrosion, solution degradation and other problems. H2S content in feed gas can reach 0-15g/nm3.
? Adopt efficient rich and poor liquid heat exchanger, make full use of the heat energy of the poor liquid, and increase the rich liquid temperature as much as possible. The energy-saving effect is obvious, reaching the international advanced level.
? The internationally popular waste gas incineration process is adopted to introduce the regeneration gas into the incinerator. The emission system has been optimized and adjusted, and the environmental protection benefit is good.

The special burner and fuel gas regulation and control system can accurately control the regeneration temperature, effectively prevent the degradation and deterioration of TEG and sudden boiling of the tower caused by overtemperature and overheating, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the device.
